Without having the exact contact information of the patients communicating with other suppliers may become confusing and strained, and cause countless hours of unnecessary work.

Be sure to send all the available contact information along with the work orders to a secondary supplier.

3) Third Party Knowledge

When patients are contacted by the secondary supplier with regards to their billing they will get confused and don’t get understand the situation. This is due to lack of knowledge that a third party supplier was involved in their medical supplies and tell the patient that they will be contacted by another company in the future, So that saves them a lot of time and frustration.

4) Working with Many Companies

It’s always important to keep in your mind that the supplier you’re working with may be working with many other suppliers as well, just as you may be. Try to understand that sometimes whichever work order you have sent might not always be the first priority. however, medical emergencies take precedence.

5) Competitive Bids

When Competitive Bidding took place in many areas which won by various companies, may lead to the expansion of subcontracting and suppliers working with other suppliers in order to serve better of their patients.So it’s very important to know that which companies have which bids.
